Our Farmers

We take our sourcing seriously. It’s important to us that the farmers we support are practicing smart, sustainable, and regenerative agricultural techniques. While we don’t require specific certifications such as Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) or USDA Organic, several of the growers within our network have them and abide by the regulations therein religiously. Even the farms without these or other official growing of producers. These operations are small, often family-run, and community centric (with a few located directly within the urban areas they serve). There are several other farmers, artisans, and otherwise talented people in our circle that we’ll reach out to at different times of year to fill gaps in production, or to offer that special seasonal item only available in our region of the country.
